We’ll be staying in beautiful two-bedroom apartments, located just a 10-minute walk to the main town — close enough to soak up all the festival action, but comfy and calm when it’s time to recharge.

🚗🚆 TRANSPORT — GETTING TO TAMWORTH

Tamworth is just over 4.5 hours from Sydney by car and makes for a beautiful country road trip.

🚙 CAR POOL

If you have extra space in your car and are happy to share, we’ll help coordinate carpooling once everyone is booked.

This is a great option for ladies who don’t drive, with fuel costs shared.

🚆 TRAIN OPTION (NO CAR? NO WORRIES!)

Traveling to Tamworth by train is another easy option:

• Direct, scenic journey from Sydney Central Station
• Operated by NSW TrainLink Regional services
• Approx. 6 hours travel time
• Trains depart daily

✨ We’ll coordinate train travellers together once all bookings are finalised, so no one travels alone unless they want to.

There will be plenty of optional group activities (both indoor & outdoor), all centred around the festival atmosphere.

We do not carry public liability insurance.

To ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind, all participants are strictly required to obtain their own travel insurance to attend this trip.
